Go to Settings → Data Sharing and enter your doctor's email address. They'll receive a verification email. Once they verify, go to Reports, tap the Share button on any report, select your doctor, and send. They'll receive a secure, time-limited link to view the report.
Yes. SmartCemic uses enterprise-grade security for all shared data. Recipients must verify their email before receiving any data. All shared reports use encrypted, time-limited links that expire after your chosen period (24 hours to 7 days). Every access is logged for HIPAA compliance. You can revoke any provider's access instantly from Settings.
You can add up to 10 recipients including doctors, specialists, nurses, caregivers, and family members. Each one must verify their email address independently.
Shared reports are displayed as view-only web pages with a digital watermark showing the recipient's email. The links cannot be forwarded — each access is tied to the specific token sent to that recipient. Screenshots are possible but watermarked.
Go to Settings → Data Sharing. Click Revoke next to any provider to immediately stop their access. Previously shared report links will continue to work until they expire, but no new data can be shared. You can also remove the provider entirely.
Go to Settings → Data Sharing and click Resend next to the pending provider. Ask your doctor to check their spam/junk folder. The email comes from admin@norcemic.com with the subject line containing your name. Verification links expire after 7 days — you can resend once per hour.
